Raised in a small town and the first in his family to attend college and then Seattle University School of Law, Joel brings a distinctive blend of legal training, business development expertise, and cross-industry experience spanning technology integration, manufacturing, design, and financing.
Three years providing executive protection during legislative sessions offered rare behind-the-scenes insight into how policy is shaped, debated, and influenced—perspective that now informs strategic advising and policy intelligence work.
Known for exceptional information processing, relationship-building, and ethical social engineering, Joel turns conversations into opportunities and partnerships into impact. His award-winning media work and knack for integrating emerging technologies into traditional industries reflect a talent for transforming complexity into strategy.
With a proven record guiding major projects, securing financing, navigating regulatory landscapes, and collaborating with government bodies, Joel brings observant leadership, creative problem-solving, and a forward-thinking approach to every engagement.

Forest is a strategic, relationship-driven advocate who brings a unique blend of
real-world experience, cultural perspective, and policy awareness to his lobbying work.
As member of the Native American community, Forrest carries a deep understanding of how state policies shape tribal nations, rural regions, and underserved communities across Washington.
His successful career as a real estate broker has honed his ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks, negotiate effectively, and deliver results for diverse stakeholders. Forrest has worked extensively with veterans, first-time homebuyers, and families relying on state and federal support programs, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities created by public policy.
As a policy and outreach associate, Forest applies the same principles that guided his brokerage career: clarity, integrity, strategic problem-solving, and unwavering advocacy for those he represents.
BRANNON GLATZ
Research Associate
Brannon supports policy research, legislative tracking, and administrative operations. He previously served as a nonpartisan legislative committee assistant after completing a legislative internship, giving him firsthand experience with the legislative process and committee workflows.
Brannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Eastern Washington University and is fluent in Japanese.
Known for exceptional administrative capability, attention to detail, and reliability under pressure, Brannon helps ensure projects move efficiently and clients receive timely, well-organized support.
